Termination of Service	Credit balances for partial month of service will be credited to electric account. non-members will receive refunds if over $10.
Dedicated Accounts	Monthly fee provides access to CPL server - customer is responsible for dedicated phone line, additional registration and other associated costs as stated in CPL Internet Users Agreement.
