Welcome to the Carbon Power & Light Operations Department. We have many responsibilities throughout your communities and it is our goal to give you the best service around, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Outages  We respond to outages 24 hours a day, seven days a week.    The crews are dispatched out of Saratoga, Rock River and Laramie.  Call 1-800-359-0249 anytime.

Maintenance  This is an ongoing commitment of Carbon Power & Light, including tree trimming, right-of-way clearing, pole change-outs and general work on your power lines.

Service Improvements  Once you have contacted our engineering department, our crews have the responsibilities to schedule with you to complete the work you have requested.

New Construction  The crews are also the people who build your new lines.  As spring and summer come around, the crews are very busy.  Due to the short season, it is a good idea to get your requests in as soon as possible.

Other Responsibilities  Reading meters, collecting payments, connects, disconnects and trouble calls are just a few more of the jobs your Operations Department does.

Remember, if you experience an outage, do not hesitate to call us 24 hours a day, seven day a week, regardless of the weather.
